Southern Highlands Branch Lectures

Lectures held by the Southern Highlands Branch are open to members of the Royal Society of NSW and to the general public.

Our lectures programme (together with past years' lectures and events) is on the right hand side of this page ===>

Lectures usually start at 6:30pm on the third Thursday of each month and usually last for an hour plus questions. The regular venue is at the Mittagong RSL, 1st Floor, Joadja/Nattai Rooms. But please check for each specific lecture, because the details can change.

Admission is usually $10 per person (non-member), $5 for Royal Society members, with teachers and students free.

There is no need to book in advance. If you would like to attend a lecture - just turn up. But we do ask you to arrive before the advertised time, as we try to start each lecture on time.

After each lecture, everyone is welcome to attend a dinner with the lecturer. The dinner will be at the Mittagong RSL. There is no need to book in advance.
